Here at holy Supply we are committed to making a difference by Manufacturing with Sustainable Materials.

These sustainable materials are used throughout our whole supply chain. Our focus as a company is becoming & helping other Brands / Companies become more sustainably aware.

TEAMS WITHIN OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

We are obligated to have complaint procedures in place so employees can freely and, if they choose to, anonymously express any grievances or suggestions.

Through regional hotlines that are staffed by nonprofit groups or members of Holy Supply, supply chain workers may also express issues or grievances to Holy Supply directly.

At all of our key manufacturing locations, we also use a computerised, operational grievance system. In total, 5 countries, representing 100% of our strategic manufacturing partners, have access to this digital system, including all of our partners and employees.

The global Fair Play Hotline allows our employees to anonymously file concerns regarding our own operations. A network of compliance officers assists in tracking instances of complaints or non-compliance.

We are aware of the importance of the data gathered through each of these grievance channels in guiding our due diligence procedures and the creation of efficient remedies.

When appropriate, we use this data along with the knowledge we've obtained through handling complaint procedures to help us adopt changes to our own procedures, preventative measures, or corrective actions.

HUMAN RIGHTS & ENVIRONMENTAL DILIGENCE

Our human and labour rights programme has sought to investigate and determine the most important challenges for our organisation to address from its establishment in 2023.

This programme has been created on the strength of rigorous stakeholder outreach and participation.

We have identified the following issues through these engagements as being crucial to our human rights programme and the focus of our human rights and environmental due diligence efforts: labour rights, wages, discrimination and harassment, freedom of association and collective bargaining, occupational health and safety, child labour, forced labour, and human trafficking; the environment, including climate change; water; the use of hazardous chemicals; and waste; privacy; and corruption.

Given the scope of our Supply Chain & Operations, we have created a due diligence strategy that focuses on high-risk areas, procedures, or activities that need the most attention and where we may exert influence to prevent or fix problems before they arise.

We also acknowledge that while everyone's fundamental freedoms and human rights must be maintained, special consideration must be given to indigenous people, vulnerable groups, minorities, or those whose circumstances make them subject to exploitation or the abuse of their rights.
